We make our bagels the old fashioned way: we boil them in a kettle before baking them in a stone hearth oven. We only use all natural ingredients in our bagels and they are baked fresh each day. Established in 1999, Vermont Coffee Works has been dedicated to the pursuit of the finest Arabica coffees from around the world. They see themselves as “students of the bean”, always striving to provide their customers with the freshest and most flavorful brew – period.
At Vermont Coffee Works, importing the highest grades of Arabica beans just isn’t enough. Their Roast-master studies the unique qualities of each bean type, and custom-roasts them in batches no larger than 25 LBS. This ensures that the inherent flavor characteristics of each coffee are brought out in each and every cup.
